Individualized
Every body tells a different story. We take time to understand how you move, what your goals are, and what your life requires so your program is built around you, not around a template.
Yet most people don’t think about it until something hurts.
At AND Athletic Fitness Club, we believe fitness should support you throughout every stage of life, Not just help you reach a short-term goal. Our coaching begins by understanding how your body moves before building strength, resilience, and healthy habits that last.
Because when movement improves, more becomes possible.
Our values shape how we coach, communicate, and create every training experience. They reflect our belief that movement should be personal, purposeful, and supportive of a full life.
Every body tells a different story. We take time to understand how you move, what your goals are, and what your life requires so your program is built around you, not around a template.
Every exercise has a purpose. Rather than chasing trends or random workouts, we use thoughtful progressions that develop strength, confidence, and lasting progress.
We are not only training for the next few months, we are training for the years ahead. Our goal is to help you continue doing the things you love with strength, confidence, and independence.
Understanding creates confidence. We explain the purpose behind your training so you can better understand your body and actively participate in your own progress.
Health is personal, but it does not have to be pursued alone. We create an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged throughout every stage of their journey.
Movement is something to enjoy, not something to earn.
Movement is one of the ways we care for ourselves. It can help us release stress, reconnect with our bodies, explore what we are capable of, and appreciate the freedom to move.
Some days that means lifting heavier weights. Other days it may look like hiking, playing a sport, dancing, stretching, or taking a walk after a long day.
We believe there is joy in discovering what your body can do, not because it has to perform, but because it deserves to move. When movement becomes something you value instead of something you endure, fitness becomes a lifelong relationship rather than a short-term goal.
Meet Alana (Ah-lay-na)
Alana believes strength training should do more than improve performance—it should help people stay active, capable, and confident throughout every stage of life.
As the founder of AND Athletic Fitness Club, she combines movement assessment, strength training, nutrition, and recovery coaching to create personalized programs that improve movement quality, build resilience, and support long-term health. Her approach is rooted in the belief that understanding how someone moves is the foundation for lasting progress.
Alana holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton and has spent more than seven years working alongside athletic trainers, physical therapists, massage therapists, and strength coaches. Inspired by these experiences, she earned certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Certified Functional Strength Coach.
Today, Alana works with active adults who want to move with confidence, build meaningful strength, and continue doing the activities they love for years to come.
