How We Approach Training Programs

Our private 1-on-1 and 1-on-2 training model is intentionally designed around the understanding that no two bodies move or adapt the same way. Unlike group training, where programming must be generalized, private coaching allows us to focus entirely on you.

With a dedicated trainer, every session is customized to your individual goals, movement patterns, injury history, and current fitness level. Each exercise, cue, and progression is selected with purpose so your training is efficient, aligned, and built for long-term success.

This approach creates a safer, more effective environment where progress is measured by your body, your timeline, and your goals.

How We Measure and Track Your Progress

Your training program begins with PostureScreen, a tool that provides real-time data specific to how your body moves. This data allows us to train with intention, removing guesswork and ensuring decisions are based on measurable information, not assumptions. At the end of your program, a follow-up assessment is completed to compare results and clearly track progress over time.
